A savvy couple have transformed a dated Edwardian property into a chic home.
The couple, who have not been named, bought the property in the south of England in 2018. It was in need of some serious TLC, with the interior and exterior both looking tired and dated.
The couple set about transforming the property, starting with the exterior. They painted the walls in a modern grey and white colour scheme, and replaced the old windows with new double-glazed units. They also added a new porch and a decked area to the rear of the property.
Inside, the couple completely renovated the property. They ripped out the old carpets and replaced them with wooden flooring throughout. They also replaced the old kitchen and bathroom fittings with modern, stylish units.
The couple also added a few personal touches to the property, such as a feature wall in the living room and a statement light fitting in the hallway.
The result is a chic, modern home that looks nothing like the tired Edwardian property it once was. The couple have managed to create a stylish and comfortable home that they can enjoy for years to come.
The transformation of the property is a testament to the couple’s hard work and dedication. It just goes to show that with a bit of imagination and hard work, even the most dated of properties can be transformed into something special.
